Last weekend (7-8th December 2024) Betty competed at the AGB Junior National Indoor Championships, at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. It was an opportunity to transfer her winter technical training into a competition environment. It was a brilliant progress check, with Betty being able to gain some valuable feedback. We are super please to confirm that Betty is the U15 Women Junior National Indoor Champion.
Her achievement 1st/ 17 (LY U14 8th/16) was a great confidence boost, especially as she goes straight back into the last half of the training season. Preparation will continue ready for the outdoor competition season opening in April, where she will transfer to 60m.
